This notice describes the COLLASTRA website preview and how the beta waitlist handles your details.
Where the waitlist lives
The beta waitlist runs on the COLLASTRA platform, not on this website. When you join, you enter your name and email there and confirm your email before taking a place in the queue. The platform’s privacy notice explains what it stores and why.
What this website stores
This website does not store waitlist entries. Waitlist links from this site include a label for the page you came from, so we can see which pages bring people to the beta. They carry no personal information.
Leaving the waitlist
Every waitlist email except your invite includes an unsubscribe link. To have your entry deleted entirely, reply to any waitlist email and ask; we delete the entry and its confirmation links. You can check your place at any time on the waitlist status page.
Browser storage and demos
The product demo stores sample workspace activity in your browser. Clearing browser storage removes it. It is not connected to the waitlist.
Third-party resources
Fonts are self-hosted with the site. This site does not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Hosting infrastructure may maintain its own operational logs.
